Description:  Personal Fitness is designed to develop the flexibility, strength, and endurance needed to lead a more healthy and active life.  Each student will be encouraged to perform at his or her optimum level.  To achieve this desired level of fitness the following programs will be instituted:  circuit training, aerobic walking, weight training, running, flexibility programs, rope skipping and plyometrics.
